Yoga postures are held using various props to support your body, allowing you to melt into a pose and release tension, quiet the mind and restore your spirit. De-stress and treat yourself and a loved one to this peaceful practice of relaxation and rejuvenation. Room will be warm. No yoga experience necessary.

10:30-11:30am ~ $30 drop-in or class card
A fun, music-driven HIIT class incorporating dynamic yoga postures & Yin yoga with primal movement, cardio-dance bursts + deep core conditioning. It releases trauma at a cellular level and is a great compliment to your Hot26 and Vinyasa practice. Truly a body and soul workout in a very unique way.
