Hello November
Hi Yogis,
This is the perfect time to “fall back” into your yoga practice if you’ve slacked off. Remember how much fun you had in the hot room? Please come back to us :) Here’s what happening this month:
Nov 3rd, Sun @2am; daylight savings time ends. Clocks GO BACK 1 hour on Saturday night.
Nov 10th, Sun ~ Yummy Yin w/Dana and Onel on Live Flute
4pm-5:15pm ~ $35 pre-register/$40 at the door (if there’s space)
Yin Yoga concentrates on the connective tissue and bones and postures are held for sustained periods of time. This meditative state allows for the muscles to relax and the deep connective tissue to be gently stretched. Let the sounds of the flute soothe and ease your spirit with every breath you take. Awesome way to wind down from your week! Room will be warm. No yoga experience necessary.
Nov 16th, Sat ~ Restoraahtive Workshop w/Christina
11am-12:30pm ~ $45 pre-register/$50 at the door (if there’s space)
Yoga postures are held using various props to support your body. This allows you to relax more deeply (OK melt) into a pose and release tension, quiet the mind and restore your spirit. Take a well-deserved break and treat yourself and/or a loved one to this peaceful practice of relaxation and rejuvenation. Room will be warm. No yoga experience necessary.
