This Hot Yoga consists of a set series of 26 postures, repeated twice and held for a specified amount of time. Every class is the same, but your experience is always different. You’ll be amazed how incredible you’ll feel after only 1 class! How cool is that? We LOVE the absolute beginner.

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic, flowing form of yoga connecting the movement from one pose to the next with the breath. Practice to music and challenge your endurance, flexibility and strength. Great compliment to the Hot26 Series. Some yoga experience is helpful, but not necessary.

Fusion Yoga
When: Thursdays

Fusion Yoga Incorporating elements from the Hot26 series, Vinyasa and HIIT, this structured class with music is designed to invigorate and motivate you to create space within your body and mind. Variations of postures with the opportunity to explore your balance, strength and flexibility, focusing on alignment and going beyond your comfort zone. Room will be hot.

Hot Vinyasa Classes

Isabella Arikian, RYT (Bella) has found that healing takes place on her yoga mat. During a difficult time in her life, Bikram yoga allowed her to form a strong connection to herself by cultivating both emotional and bodily awareness. Having practiced yoga for over 10 years and ready to expand her knowledge, Bella received her 300hr 26+2 teaching certification at Ivy Standard Yoga Institute in 2021. Her motivation is to share that there is comfort in stillness, medicine in movement, love hiding in broad daylight, and that the beginners’ mentality is everything. BUTI Yoga
When: Sat, April 8th

BUTI Yoga A fun, music-driven HIIT class incorporating dynamic yoga postures & Yin Yoga with primal movement, cardio-dance bursts + deep core conditioning. It releases trauma at a cellular level and is truly a body and soul workout in a very unique way. Room will be hot.

Hot Vinyasa Classes

Stephanie Neligan ~ Stephanie's mom dragged her to her first Bikram yoga class in 2010. Reluctant and skeptical at first, she fell in love with the practice finding the physical intensity of the class thrilling, but more importantly (and more enticing), the mental clarity she needed in her life. As her practice matured, she started branching out into other forms of yoga (including Buti and Yin, which became her favorite). She received her Buti Yin Yoga certification in February 2019 in NYC and has since embraced both practices. Stephanie loves all forms of yoga and is excited to share her expertise with HYRB and we’re happy to have her!

Yummy Yin Yoga
When: TBA

Yin Yoga Access and stretch the deeper connective tissue and fascia. Focus on the spine, sacrum, hips, knees and ankles and enjoy more flexibility in the joints. Postures are more passive and held for longer periods of time allowing muscles to relax. Perfect for the beginner as well as the advanced practitioner. Room will be warm.

Warm Yin Class



Christine Walker, RYT/LMT began practicing yoga more than 20 years ago with her mentor, Anita Ruderman. She started her yoga teacher training at the Yoga Institute of Houston in Texas and at the Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica. Her continued professional studies in Massage Therapy and knowledge of Vipassana Meditation have helped her to maintain a creative edge in her own practice and her teaching. She encourages her students to develop a personal and authentic relationship to their individual practice by making yoga accessible, effective and enjoyable. HYRB and the students love Christine!

Pilates Class



Kate Garfield teaches in Brooklyn at her boutique studio, Pilates Assembly. She began practicing Pilates 10 years ago at Core Pilates in Manhattan, where she completed her Comprehensive teacher training in 2015. Her continuing education includes several Pilates Certifications (both Contemporary and Classical) through East River Pilates, Real Pilates, and the Kane School. Her classes are form focused and infused with her passion for movement, mindfulness, and the belief that moving your body is a radical act. She is excited to share her Pilates expertise and knowledge with HYRB and we’re happy to have her!

Judi Hamsa Spagnola, TRM, C-IAYT, E-RYT500, is a Traditional Reiki Master, Interfaith Minister of Spiritual Healing and Certified Yoga Therapist who shares her knowledge with compassion and an open heart. Integral Yoga Certified, she has been teaching yoga for almost 40 years. She created and developed the Adaptive Gentle/Chair Yoga Teacher Training Program & Manual for The Integral Yoga Institute and also teaches for the National MS Society. She's our Chakra, Reiki Healing Circle, Restorative and Meditation Yogini and we love having her at the Studio.
